Self, mind, and body care does is not an impossible task, rather it is a habit we create for ourselves – to better ourselves. There are several simple practices you can implement that can provide you with significant rewards.

While its normal to spend some time on our social media, we need to realize when this becomes a toxic habit for us and when its time to put our phones on airplane mode.

It can be extremely beneficial to utilize social media and technology at specific times of the day instead of blindly going for it when we feel bored.

 Disconnecting for a short period of time is an excellent approach to maintain your mental wellness.

  1. Do a body detox

When you concentrate on the body, the mind benefits directly. First and foremost, accept movement as an essential component of a happy mind. Exercise to relieve stress, rid your mind of mental clutter and brain fog, and purify your body.

Even a vigorous morning walk might be helpful to the day’s activities and energy levels.  Drink plenty of water and replace one cup of coffee with green tea. And of course, eat your veggies – the natural source of vitamins and energy.

  1. Spend time in nature

Well, with a COVID pandemic and a crippling economic crisis that has taken its toll on us, most of us are spending our times in doors.
However, getting out of your head and into the outer world is a superb way to take care of your body. Connecting with nature and getting some fresh air will help you feel refreshed and invigorated at any time of the day.
